Our Mind & Mood smoothie recipe will help you relax and focus, leaving you with a smile and a completed to-do list. 

Here's the simple and nutritious smoothie recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • One carrot, peeled and chopped

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • One teaspoon of Mind & Mood Powder

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • One tablespoon honey

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Place the chopped carrot, ginger, oat milk, Greek yoghurt, turmeric, honey, vegan protein powder and Mind & Mood Powder in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
