Shipping

All orders are processed within 24–72 hours from our UK distribution centre.

UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
Orders below this threshold will incur a standard shipping fee at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide from the UK.

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Unpaid duties may result in the parcel being returned

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location.


Order Processing

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We do not require signatures on delivery. PJM is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Please refer to our returns policy below if required.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unopened
  • Items are in their original condition and packaging
  • Items were purchased directly from our website

Refunds & Exchanges

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 working days for processing after inspection.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For items over £50, we recommend using a tracked service.

Gift Returns
